100 Days Until Graduation

Starting in 2015, the Smith School's Office of Undergraduate Programs began an official countdown to commencement for seniors graduating in the spring semester. The multifaceted campaign, 100 Days Until Graduation, was created to get seniors excited about their upcoming transition from student to alumnus. The entire campaign goes up exactly 100 days out from graduation, making an impact in the building and in students' inboxes to mark the occasion. It was designed to be youthful and fun, standing out from other Smith marketing materials while maintaining the school's brand integrity.

The campaign started with the creation of a 100 Days type treatment:


One aspect of the campaign that further celebrates the graduating class is an installation of fact bubbles in the Undergraduate suite. Each semester these bubbles are updated to reflect statistics about the class of seniors being celebrated. The door clings are printed on a perforated vinyl, while the bubbles are printed on opaque bubbles and are mirrored on both the outside and inside of the suite.

I also designed table tents advertising the events for seniors to attend leading up to commencement, a banner to hang in the school's atrium, a countdown clock, social media pieces, and eHeaders for email communications with the graduating class.
